Interview stages

There are 4 stages in total, each one eliminatory so in order to progress to the next one you will need to pass the previous, and we will cover each of them in more detail:

Initial Call → Take Home Task → Technical Interview → Culture Interview

Initial Call

30 min conversation with the Recruiter usually structured:

• Introduction
• Butternut Box and the role
• Questions

Tips:

• During your introduction make sure to cover your experience relevant to the role.
• Be structured in your communication and ask any question you might have, even after the initial call is done, via email if necessary.
• Do a research about the company, it will give you valuable information which you can add to your interview, it is not necessary to check the whole website but I would recommend:
